A New Home in Houston
Opening her Houston practice in 2008, Sandra’s choice of the name “Pacific Reflexology” is two fold. First it honors the Pacific Northwest, her home region, and second, the word Pacific means “peaceful”.
The Goal of Pacific Reflexology
Pacific Reflexology is here to support your wellness by customizing therapy that is unique to your individual needs and concerns. My goal is to empower you to understand your body’s messages of stress and pain…and to take action to maintain a stress-free body and mind.
All sessions are personalized to address your specific concerns, whether acute or chronic. Choose from a single session for relaxation, stress reduction, or an immediate need for pain relief. For more chronic issues or to experience resolve of ongoing challenges, allow me to suggest a wellness package that will best serve you.
A Blending of European and American Reflexology Techniques
Sandra uses a combination of European and American reflexology which consists of gentle, but firm applied pressure techniques to the feet, hands and ears. This results in a decreased level of stress and an increase to your quality of life. Sandra finds that using reflexology with a gentle approach, allows the human body to respond more receptively which advances healing potential.
In addition to reflexology, Sandra is a Reiki Master.
